Ubunye has started a brand-new project
The Beautiful Toilet Project
Yes, that's right, Beautiful Toilets
They must be beautiful in the eyes of over 900 children going to ECD centres in rural communities of Ngqushwa Municipality in the Eastern Cape
​
and they also need to be:
Safe
Eco-Friendly
Water minimal
​
​
The children and ECD Practitioners chose ECO Dry Toilets designed by Sanitation Ambassadors.
The toilets use minute amounts of water,
are completely smell free, and
create compost in an easy, maintenance-simple process
and most important of all, they are completely SAFE
Ubunye will work with all the remaining
43 ECD centres to build these toilets for their children to use
Each block of 3 toilets costs R90 000
Will you help in giving over 900 under 5 year olds a safe, environmentally-friendly toilet to use?
