The Programme Working Groups (PWG) are a community led teams who guide each of Ubunye's core programme areas, which are, Masiphile, Sinako and Isisekelo. These groups are formed by the members of the village, and are chosen by the community to be the community's representative. There are 11 teams of PWGs, from Lower and upper fish, Fort Brown, Kwandwe and Yendella. These PWG teams gather once a month in their respective villages for a meeting. Meet Imange Hlengisa, a committed and dedicated student who excels in music theory. From day one, her music theory was already as good. Her father, a musician who had taught her a thing or two about music was one of the reasons Imange has been really invested and curious to learn more.
