I am Abongile Ndwalaza from Fort Brown. Ever since I joined Ubomi Bonke, I have changed in how i see myself and others. I have learnt to speak about my feelings instead of bottling things in me. Many men and young men grow up believing that seeking help makes them appear weak. Society often expects men to be strong at all times, but that is not always healthy. Through Ubomi Bonke, I have come to understand the importance of expressing emotions and reaching out for support when needed.

In my community, many young men face challenges such as peer pressure and substance abuse, which can have a negative impact on their lives and future opportunities. I always try by all means to look after my mental health by exercising, play football and i make sure that i talk to someone about my feelings.
