My name is Sihlangule Stompi from Kwandwe Game Reserve, and I am part of the Ubomi Bonke Programme.
Being part of the programme has helped me in many ways, especially when it comes to controlling my emotions and working well with other people. These were areas that I struggled with before joining Ubomi Bonke.
I take care of my mental health in different ways. I make sure to share my feelings with my friends whenever I am facing challenges, and I also enjoy playing soccer with them. Staying active and having people I can talk to helps me maintain a positive mindset and cope with stress.
The Ubomi Bonke Programme has taught me that it is important to look after your mental wellbeing, seek support when needed, and work together with others to overcome challenges.
