My name is Zukhanye Mdoko from Kwandwe Private Game Reserve, and I am part of the Ubomi Bonke programme. The programme focuses on raising awareness about Gender-Based Violence among young men and encouraging positive behaviour and healthy relationships. Being part of Ubomi Bonke has helped me improve my decision-making skills and taught me the importance of making the right choices so that I do not regret myself later.

I take care of my mental health by keeping myself busy and actively participating in church activities. This helps me maintain positive behaviour and stay focused on the things that matter most.

The young men in my community keep themselves occupied by attending school and participating in sports. Staying engaged in positive activities helps young people avoid negative influences and build a brighter future for themselves.
