At the AIS conference, I learned a lot about HIV research and funding from various organizations and foundations. I saw how different groups are working together to find new treatments and cures for HIV. The AIS conference showed me that there's still a lot of work to be done in HIV research and funding. We need more money, especially in poorer countries. But there's hope new funding ideas like partnerships between companies and charities are being explored. Researchers are working on new treatments, vaccines, and even cures. There's also a focus on prevention tools like PrEP and PEP which can help stop HIV from spreading. Everyone's working together charities and companies to make a difference. They're also focusing on helping specific groups, like young women, sex workers and LGBTQ+ people who need extra support. The goal is to make HIV history and services a part of regular healthcare and make sure funding lasts. It was great to see experts sharing ideas and working together.
