My name is Sibaxolise Msiba from Fort Brown Farm, and I am part of the Ubomi Bonke Programme.

Before joining the programme, I struggled with understanding how to interact with and treat women respectfully. I did not always know how to behave around women or how my actions could affect others. Through the Ubomi Bonke Programme, I have learned the importance of respect, healthy relationships, and positive behaviour.

The programme has helped me grow as a person and has changed the way I think and act, especially when it comes to treating women with dignity and respect. It has taught me valuable lessons about communication, understanding, and being a responsible young man.

Many men in my community face difficult challenges and personal struggles. However, there is often pressure on men to hide their emotions and appear strong, even when they are hurting inside. This can make it difficult for them to seek help or talk about what they are going through.
